Return Policy
We are
absolutely NOT A DROP SHIPPER. We will never advertise a product for sale
that we do not presently have in-stock in our own warehouse. We pride
ourselves in being among the fastest and safest shippers on the Internet.
TERMS
OF SALE: We guarantee that all merchandise purchased will arrive at the
customer’s location in perfect “as described” working condition. If the
product becomes defective within 30 days we will replace it after it
is returned to us. We do not offer refunds on any sales as we incur
irrecoverable processing, labor and advertising fees associated
with each sale. By purchasing any of our items, you are affirming that you
have read the Terms of Sale and intend to abide by these terms.
Your product is
guaranteed against any damages on arrival (DOA). If you should find the
product to be defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately and
send it back to us within 7 days. You will be provided with a replacement.
SHIPPING: We ship all
merchandise through either the FedEx, UPS or the United States
Postal Service. We will ship the order Monday through Friday (except for
recognized Federal or Postal Holidays).
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: If you live outside of the United
States , please email us to request a shipping rate PRIOR TO PURCHASING. In
your email, please specify the quantity of each product, and your
complete shipping address (country, city, postal code or Zip Code) so that
we can provide you with an accurate shipping rate.
This machine has the 90-day manufacturer
warranty.
Parts and
models are subject to change without notice. This Limited warranty extends
only to the original consumer and is not transferable. Warranty registration
is not required. Warranty is effective only if: the product is used
under normal conditions for its intended purpose, and receives all necessary
maintenance and adjustments.
If you cancel the order while the product is in transit you will have to pay
the shipping -the
ones charged to our company and not to you-(both
ways) and the 25% restock fee. If you cancel the order after it was submitted
or placed but not shipped yet, you are charged the 6% processing fee.
If you
refuse the product (for other than damage): you have to pay actual shipping
charges -the ones charged to our company and not to you-, both ways, and the 25% restock fee.
If you ignore our non-refundable, non-returnable policy, and still send the
product back without a RMA number, than you will be liable for all costs
associated with your action, including but not limited to the both ways shipping
charges, the 25% restock fees and the $25.00 per item advertising fees.
If there is any charge back initiated by customer after the sale on any of our
products for any reason than customer agrees to pay the
$75.00 administration fee and all the legal fees in this matter. We have the
right to issue an in-store credit.
By placing your
order with a credit card, you agree to use your own credit card and waive your
right for billing dispute directly with your credit card company and commit
yourself to the Good-behavior policy as stated below:
Good faith behavior: Customer
agrees that any problem must be solved with Company first before using any other
method or channel. Communications must be made through email or fax. Customer
agrees not to refuse item(s) that show sign of puncture caused by the shipping
company but must examine product first and notify Company if there is any
problem. If there is, Company shall provide technical help and/or send missing
item or replacement part to Customer. Also, Customer agrees to notify Company of
any technical problem and Company shall offer technical help and/or replacement
part but Customer does not return item or request return before attempting to
resolve such problems. Customer also agrees not to dispute charge amount in case
of any such problem before attempting to resolve it with Company in writing.
