General Shipping Information

We understand your concern in regards to your online order and would like to help you with the shipping of your merchandize.

Once your order is placed, your payment information is being sent to your bank for clearing, and depending on your bank it can take about 3-7 business days.

We have no control over the Bank's policies.

Meanwhile, our people begin working on your product, such as testing crating etc... to save your time.

Depending on your location, it can  take 12-14 days for the freight company to deliver your item once it's on the truck. We do tell them to call you prior to delivery, so you and the driver can arrange an appointment at your convenience.

We suggest that you start tracing your purchase not sooner than 14  business days (weekends and holidays excluded) from which you placed the order  in case of an expedited order, otherwise it will not be able to provide you with a tracking number. In case if standard shipping it may be longer.

To ensure your satisfaction, we will forward a copy of the tracking number to your email address automatically once it becomes available.
